Waffle House - Union City

My waffel was delicious! our server, ashanti, was very friendly and polite. my man found a hair in his oash-browns and could not finish his meal.

24 hrs? BS! Went there at 4pm and they were closed. 4 employees inside just looking at people trying to get in. Went there another day around 6:30pm, doors locked again. Went there months later around 1pm, doors locked. An employee said they were in the middle of shift change… while 2 of them stood outside smoking. Horrible place.Update:I’m here at 9pm, and they said the same thing, shift change. There’s 4 people waiting and they said the next shift is “on the way”. Yet 2 employees are sitting around doing nothing and a 3rd is outside smoking.

Staff members are normally a NO-SHOW which causes the restaurant to immediately shut down in the middle of the day. Food taste quality is up and down depending on the cook. Employees arguing on the floor is normal here as well. Satisfaction is not guaranteed here. Thx

Went on a Friday morning. Went to place a to go order. Not that busy this morning but the phone ringing for to go orders.The waitress that was taking to_go orders was very swift at taking orders and getting you out. Cooks did a fine job as well!!

It's was ok. The cashier was not so nice or kind, she actually made us wait until she took the regulars,vs Us who were standing in line,while they talked about their night last night. After 15 minutes and about tk walk out,then she took our order. The cook made our steaks perfect. 1 medium rare and 4 well done . Would have been 5 stars ? with tip if cashier didn't treat us like we were just as important as the regulars, as they knew all their names,upon entry. Kinda made us feel out of place in the middle of ATLANTA GA, The Black Epi Center of the World, these days.
