Sama Uyghur Cuisine - Union City

I wonder why I hadn't visited here before, since I've been here for a long time.

On this place there is something special with grilled meat. all people who came from Central Asia have the chance to eat authentic lagman and schashlik style lambs grilled on metal kewers. eating is so good that sama uyghur became a magnet for people who want to eat grilled meat. I know someone who works hard all week to be on the diet, then goes far to have a cheat day with grilled meat in this restaurant. the staff is friendly and helpful. sam uyghur is little expensive, but good things in the regular cost. for example, the nudes used for lagman are authentic and made with hands. making noodles with hands requires skills. my personal favorite lagman at this place is doruma chop (sweetened noodles with bark or lamb). plow is good too.

I found this place about friends email for 2020 new year celebration. Since then we often go. you eat is so tasty and good portions to share as family. they also have gluten-free dishes for my daughter, since is incompatible with gluten. their soft and delicious lammebabs are not disgusting.

Great place to try authentic Uyghur food. Very welcoming service from waitress n waiters. Highly recommended. GOAT ?

I love this place. I go to all Uyghur restaurants in Bay Area, this is definitely my favorite place to eat Uyghur food. Wonderful costumer service.
