Patio Grill - Union City

After 11hrs on the road, this was exactly what I needed. It took a bit to be seated but from there it was fast friendly service and excellent food. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered chicken rice and cheese and two chicken tacos Thursday night. I ate the tacos kept the chicken rice and cheese for supper Friday night. Heated it up and was eating it when I felt something cut my tongue it was a 1 to 2 inch piece of class!! We order there a lot but I won’t be anymore!!

I went to get four vegetables burritos today (customized). The little young Mexican girl work at front has an attitude and cannot listen enough to take an order. She messed the order up twice. Then they barely give you enough food for what you pay for. I say no cheese and they bring it back out with burnt cheese around the edges of the burritos. Overall, I’m never returning to Patio Grill. This the second chance I gave Patio Grill to get this right. The front desk girl is rude, they rush and get orders out when it’s not necessary. That is how you lose business.
