Pizza Villa - Union

They leave pizza, but the doors are wide open and flies have the area. I don't want a cold pizza sitting out all day. They leave their food and open up. Honestly, this pizza place is terrible I could go to Newark and find better pizza. The sauce is very watered the cheese is very healthy and greasy. The bread is always very old when I come, I can't break, that's not heavy and chew. And it should be fresh from the oven. It's still chewing. To the naked eye, some like this burden, but I don't. Here I draw the line. The staff changes constantly and they are careless that they only throw up ingredients.

For years we have been ordering pizza from Pizza Villa. I'd say the best pizza in the area. Great customer service.

After years ordering Pizza Villa, our family will no longer order from them. Ordered a large number of Pommes and received a regular order Called and complained that they only have a regular size Pommes and expected to send the correct order. Asked to talk to the owner, and the young lady said he didn't want to talk to me Javier You simply lost our business even in the future have the courtesy to talk to your customers

This has been my way to the pizza place since childhood. I'm a 3rd generation customer and I always loved the food. Yesterday I rated this place 4 stars, but today I wish there was a 0 star option. Today I called in a delivery order. The guy took my order, number, etc. He said he would call me back in 5 minutes. 30 minutes when I finally get a call back. Come to find out how the guy I talked to could never enter the order. When I expressed my frustration, I was literally UNG UP ON! After working in the food and customer service industry, I thought maybe it was a new employee who was not properly trained. NOPE. When I called back and asked about the manager/owner, it was the guy who was hanging on me. When I asked if he was the one who hung up on me, he asked me if I was standing up? I apologized for any attitude I gave and that I was frustrated because I had 2 children (a 6 and almost 3 years old) who thought their favorite pizza was on the way. While I had explained myself, he literally spoke about me when he called me b to someone in the background. I knew the answer, but when I asked if he would talk to me or someone else, he UNG UP ON ME AGAIN!!!! I am literally in tears about the blatant respect! They do not depend on customers, especially those who have so faithfully come to them for over 50 years. The former owner was almost like family for us, but now with the legitimate and unlawful disgusting acts of the new, I am not sure that I will ever order from them again. From his attitude, I'm really afraid to order from them because of fear of food sabotage. The guard is not the ATITUDE!

My experiences at PizzaVilla are actually pretty decent. I really always get the same things. A chicken Parmesan sandwich, penne a la vodka pasta, or from occasions a slice of pizza. I think the cooks do their job well.
