Starbucks - Ungerer St, North Mackay

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I waited for 30 minutes in drive through with only 5 cars in front of me.

I ordered online using the app. My order was ready for pick-up when I arrived. This was convient not having to wait in a line or drive thru.

2 girls working tonight behind the counter acting like they didn't know I was there and then decided to tell me they were closed after just serving someone else. Totally unprofessional!

The staff are always super friendly and the drinks are always great. Prepare for long lines for the drive-thru in the mornings, but usually they get the cars through fast.

Placed order at drive thru and paid with CC and gift card. The cashier asked me to tap or place card in slot. He also said we do ask for tips as well. Ask for receipt, which he had me wait almost two minutes. Drive off, and this is my fault for not checking the temperature of the latte. It was cold, and banana bread was also. I've been to this location many times and never had a cashier, so nonchalant about the customer's experience. Didn't have time to go in.
