Dunkin' - Ungerer St, North Mackay

Drove all the way here just to be told to get a refund because they couldn’t find my order… Didn’t even make an effort.

Need more communicative staff. They're abrupt and have zero customer service skills. Always feels like I'm holding up their day by asking for my order.

All the employees are rude and are very unprofessional. They gave me the wrong drink and stated I would be charged if I wanted it corrected. Do not come here!

I go every day before work never had an issue other than long wait cause front register keeps going down

I’ve been to this location a few times, due to convenience. Typically a Starbucks girl. As a result of being a Starbucks girl sometimes I have a few questions about the menu. Had one good experience out of those few times with a young gentleman. However, those young ladies that work there are extremely rude and very unprofessional. I won’t be returning. Save yourself the trip and go to Starbucks or to the western branch dunkin where it’s much better, and which I ended up doing. Even though it’s out the way, I would return to the western branch Dunkin over the Portsmouth Blvd location any day!
