Burger King - Ungerer St, North Mackay

I visited on a Monday around noon. There was no one in line in front of me. The inside seemed pretty dirty with stick floors, dust on counters, and stains on the wall. Service was not rude, but it wasn’t friendly. The order took a longer than average time to prepare. The food was fine for a Burger King with the burger being hot. The onion rings and mozzarella sticks were not hot, but they were not cold. I will not be returning due to the length of the order time and the dirty appearance of the restaurant.

Every time my husband and I have tried to order from here it's an absolute disaster. Several times they've completely run out kf fries and drinks. When they ACTUALLY do have fries, they're always cold. Burgers are either completely wrong or missing nearly everything. This location is consistently a nightmare. Absolutely avoid this place. Ordering online doesn't make anything better. This particular franchise just needs to shut down.

The cashier called me fuxking **** when I request my receipt back after credit card transaction. Maybe I should have go to Wendy.

The manager in the white shirt with dreads is a complete ****. You will continue to get no business as always we as people spread the word to hopefully cause this franchise to close. Horrible service and crummy employees. You all FAIL As a family

I'm new in town and I've been driving by and noticing there's almost never many people at this location, while Wendy's(across the street) is packed. It made me wonder of the locals know something i don't about the food/service at this BK. Today i decided to take a chance since i was limited on time and Wendy's had a line wrapping around the building. I ordered a #1 meal(whopper) it was horrible. The worse I ever had at BK. The burger was cold and hard as if it was made 2 days ago. It was shockingly bad, i couldn't eat it. know BK corp has better standards than that so i will assume this particular store is failing and I'll steer clear.
