The Buttered Tin St. Paul (lowertown)

A reliable St. Paul breakfast spot. It had been a while (years) since I had been here so I am happy to report the food is still tasty. The coffee cake was drier than I remembered.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS !!!!The 20% Mandatory Living Wage Fee is insane!!! But, I want people to know that you are paying the employees wages and the owner walks away with all the profit getting away with underpaying staff. Very sad and will not recommend this place or return. OBVIOUSLY the owners are very petty and show just how cheap they are publicly. Unfortunate

It just wasn’t good and the service charge was way to high 5 dollars on a 19 dollars meal. Also if you dont like onions in your breakfast sausage dont get the breakfast sausage

Good food I was disappointed the Little Sammie didn't have the Turkey sausage any longer

The Buttered Tin provides a well balanced menu combining savory with succulent; sweet with tangy. Upon entry, you are greeted with a warm smile and diverse options. Preparation is fast and efficient. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The meatloaf sandwich is highly recommended. A good place to visit for the half hour lunch break or the coworker gathering. Stay hungry, friends. Cheers!
