Had Cherry Garcia one of my favorites with a bowl and cone in it, super. Wife had chocolate and thought it was sinful

I would give this 0 stars if I could, but I can't. very disappointed about how I was treated. the other night I brought my mother and my son to get ice. When I ordered, the server rushed me through my order, ordered me to the end of the line, and when my order was wrong (only missing a jump for my son) the server rolled her eyes on me and said with a lot of attitude that she was 'the same way back. and after all this, the boldness had to ask me to tap her. I know she's not paid enough, and it's polite. but I only had to explain my frustration in the attitude. I didn't really show my frustrations because I didn't want to upset them anymore. ben jerry is a good business, but I want to see that this hired person is punished. i was good. small work that I came back later in the night to talk to a manager about my unbelievers, and was said well, I am the manager, so if they have a problem with their service, they can talk to me again with a lot of work. thanks for reading and hoping that a change will be made.

It's a big little place to grab ice at the casino. Especially when you and the family go to dinner. Just a problem... No places to eat your ice garden nearby.

Wonderful service! I ordered a sunshade and the person who helped us made it look like a picture. they were super helpful and worth knowing about all the aromes. very professional setting and it was a very quick process! 10/10 I recommend to come here when they are? for a quick snack hungry:

I would rate this a 0, but that?s not possible, so I give it a 1. This whole process was extremely unorganized and frustrating. A worker took my order and after waiting at least 5 minutes and watching numerous customers receiving what they ordered, I was still waiting. And to find out, the worker that took my order never even made my milkshake. Not to mention, there were plenty of workers and many people not being helped. Finally I was given my milkshake and was told I did not have to pay due to the waiting and inconvenience. Then a worker even came out and said one of us did not pay when we all had payed. We left and we?re walking us the stairs when that same worker followed us through the whole place and taps on my friends shoulder and accuses us of still not paying for a $5 ice cream. She then proceeds to make them go back and pay for their order when they already had. She asked for their card to check if the transaction went through but instead just payed for the order again with their card and we even saw her add her own tip. We were very unsatisfied with the service but the milkshake was bussin.
