Rainbow - Udaipur

One of the best place in Udaipur for its view, set-up, service. Do go there for the sundowner! Loved their tea and kababs for the evening we spent here.

Rainbow! What a wonderful place to start your day.<br/ We had about an hour between our train to Udaipur and flight out of udaipur and we chose this beautiful place to have breakfast with a view. The view breathtaking, no doubt about that. We tried their honey lemon pancakes, vegetable omlette and cappuccino. The pancakes were great, topped with pistachios, they were yum! The omlette was a typical indian masala omlette, I wish it'd be served with some bread but it was fine. The coffee was good. Got some stuff packed as well. Our server was great! The place is super chill. The food is just above average but the ambience makes up for anything wrong. You just overlook every imperfection here. We tried the hot chocolate which was let's say 7/10 . I am being considerate here because most of the places I really don't like the hot chocolate they just make it taste like bournvita but it wasn't like that here. We also tried the banana shake which was good . The cheese sandwich was just average with potato chips sorrouding it birthday wale chips . Overall the aura here was not less than heavenly except for the fact that the waiters are damn slow and would pay less attention to you if you are indian . I would say just come here to have a great time and not particularly to eat that's what most of us do . You got to try this place once in life .

One cannot miss having breakfast here. !! <br/ This is pure peace. The food was fresh the ambiance is without a doubt beautiful. The lake is mesmerising and everything falls in to place when you sip that ginger tea in winter breeze on rooftop. <br/ I was staying in a nearby hotel and was recommended this one by the hotels. <br/ — <br/ This is love. Do visit this only and do try the Walnut brownie from the rainbow bakery.
