Natural Lake View Roof Top Restaurant

Tried this place on my recent trip to Udaipur. Gone there for quick breakfast. The location of this place is too good as it is very near to Jagdish temple and city palace. This place has a nice rooftop view of Lake pichola and nearby places. We tried their cold coffee, cheese garlic sandwich and aloo pyaz parantha. Food served was fresh and yummy.<br/ <br/ One should visit this place for it's gorgeous view and yummy food.

1. The staff is not helpful at all! There was no cable in the tv, the power kept going off and they didn't use the generator. Good property but horrible staff. 2. restaurant was no functional, during 3 nights we could not get a hairdryer 3. Reaching by 4 wheeler is difficult, narrow lanes to reach property. Disable people don't book. 4. The staff put me in the room lower category but I paid and booked for higher. After complaint they changed it but I felt that they were tying to cheat me.

Me along with my colleagues stayed here for 2 days and one night and had the worst experience I ever had. We paid extra and booked room for 3 adults and there were only 2 beds. Even after requesting, no arrangements are made. The guy who seems to be the supervisor of the hotel is very rude and impolite even to ladies. The helper boys who are available are useless and illiterate. The hotel don't even have basic amenities like bath towel, toilet soaps or shampoo. They don't even provide drinking water bottles. Even after request they informed us that they can't do room service of tea or coffee. The picture shown looks very awesome but actually it is not so. The terrace is dumped with rotten food parcel packets and beer bottles. The chairs in the terrace are too dirty.

My experience is really bad. It's only hype, pics posted by the hotel are really good and easily deceive you. It is located literally in a small lane where only a person can go by walk. Staffs behaviour is really poor and even non supportive. Environment is non hygienic and could be a worst in the rainy season. Also good thing is their card machine is always down, so be with full of cash. Don't think of leaving language and collect later, because you will not get a room for refreshment. I already spoiled my 2 days stay there and suggest definitely think all these before booking

Hotel is very nice and inexpensive too. Hotel is capable enough to give you a royal feel of living in a haveli.. Hotel is very well maintained,rooms and washrooms are clean.Staff is very nice and cooperative. Hardly 100 meters from Gangaur ghat and Jagdish temple. Had a great stay there. ..
