Honey Dew Donuts - Tyngsborough

I want to clarify that I'm not looking for anything for free; I'm simply a customer who needs to express my thoughts about the Westford St. location in Tyngsboro. I visited today, March 2, 2021, and bought six donuts around 11 AM. The employee who helped me was fantastic—friendly, patient, and had a great attitude. However, the donuts were quite disappointing. With the exception of one (the butternut), they were all stale. The two jelly-filled donuts looked as if someone had nibbled at the edges, and they were extremely stale, far from what I'm used to. I also got a chocolate frosted donut that was rock hard, as well as a French and a cream donut, both of which were stale as well.

I really enjoyed the breakfast sandwich; the hash browns were excellent. When the staff asked if everything was okay, I mentioned my concerns, and without hesitation, she prepared a fresh one for me without any prompting.

The two jelly-filled donuts looked like they had been mishandled and were stale, unlike what I expected. I also purchased a chocolate frosted donut, which was hard as a rock, and another cream-filled donut. All of them seemed poorly prepared.

It's decent. There's nothing remarkable about it, but I have no complaints.
