Inconsistent. If it's good, it's great. But meat quality is low. The one I can count on is at least one of three pieces that are more gristle than edible chicken. But if you're lucky and get all the actual chicken pliers, it's delicious.

Nice restaurant! Only flaw is the constant neglect every customer devaluing their Cole slaw by constantly substituting it with an extra bread meaning that it's not good and lacks attention.I bet if you check the inventory and orders on the Cole slaw it's outdated and hasn't had a new package of coleslaw in months.But, overall good place.

Having just moved to texas I wanted to go to canes several times, but coworkers always talked me out of it and insisted on other aces. Today I finally got to go to canes, I figured since the line is so huge every day it must be good.Now I know what Gordan Ramsay is complaining about when something is bland. I have never tasted anything so bland and boring in my life. The breading is completely tasteless and the chicken doesn't even taste like chicken it just tastes like nothing. It's just plain bland. Luckily they give you a slice of unbuttered bread to add flavor to the chicken. The only flavor on the fries is VERY light amount of salt on them. Luckily they give you a single ketchup packet to use for your entire meal. Soda was fine though.I now know why everyone told me not to go there, it is just horribly bland.

The food itself is excellent.
