Outback Steakhouse - Tyler

This was our first time going and we absolutely loved it. Travis J. was phenomenal he made the experience so wonderful. I?m a big craft beer lover and he took the time to find what they had and give me the selection. He also brought us some extra bread to take home with our takeout boxes. If you have the opportunity to go make sure and ask for him! Side note: the ribeye ?chefs kiss? perfection.

I ended up at Outback after my first choice steakhouse had an hour wait. In hindsight I should have just spent the time waiting for a table at Texas Roadhouse. The potatoes were not at all appetizing, my date smacked hers with a fork and it sounded like a brick, they needed heat and butter for sure to be palatable. The chicken I ordered was juicy and flavorful but a bit salty. The rice was ok but a lil overcooked, adding butter to it really improved it however. Overall I wish I had just waited for a table at Texas Roadhouse. Likely won't be back again.

Our server Fay Reyes was friendly, right on top of our order and drinks. Very pleasant experience hope we get her again! Amazing job

The food and service were perfect. We haven?t been to an Outback in 5 years, but we were pleasantly surprised at how fantastic our experience was. Our waitress was hands down one of the best we?ve ever had anywhere. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and in a timely manner. We definitely recommend.

Our meal was great. We ordered ahead and we got there 15 minutes before closing. We sat at the bar, and the Bar Keep was absolutely great. When he asked what we wanted, we said what ever you recommend. So he made something from his own mix book. It was a very good drink. Not overly stout nor was it watered down. You could definitely taste what it was but still very refreshing. We were greatful we thanked and I had absolutely no problem leaving him the tip that I left. Excellent service!
