McAlister's Deli - Tyler

Turkey Crunch on Jalapeño was very good. Broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl was fine, but the part of the soup you get at the price is much too small. Too small to fill even the bread bowl. The restaurant is very busy and the counter staff is worse than slow. I would recommend going, but not during lunch.

The past about 6 times I was with McAlister?s it usually something wrong/missing from my order. Maybe once, it was okay. You put meat on my potato when I know that a fact has not ordered (I am pescatarian, so I am very careful about these things), always forget things that I pay extra for, give me ingredients that I ask are taken away, etc. I have always asked e-mail after e-mail after the e-mail to tell them how my experience was, so I have finally left an evaluation as it wasn't the best in recent times. To make it, the manager came to me and sent me a letter in the mail that gave me a drink and a drink on them, I was really remarkable, so do I finally use the voucher and order my food as usual and yet they still messed up my order. I get the meal for free, but I'm not back. And I know that it doesn't matter to them? to lose a customer, but maybe this can raise awareness for other customers or maybe show other customers who have experienced this, that they? not the only ones. The only reason I give this place two stars is because the cash registers were extremely sweet.

Great food, but guys do not use their delivery!!! I got my sand that was delivered yesterday, and the girl that broke out the food literally left the food in front of my house and didn't bother to ring the doorbell after I had seen 5 cars outside my house. When I finally saw that my food was out there, everything was so cold. I do not recommend delivery if you want your food warm.

I'm going to this restaurant a bit, and normally the food is great. But today my order was messed up, which was not great. I ordered without olives and just wanted to pick them up. When I opened my sandwich, the green was very confused on him. I didn't want to send my food back, so I asked for a refund. The administrator said their system was silent and could not issue a refund. I finished with a postcard for 2 free meals. Then another lady had the same, and she asked for a refund and she got a refund! Maybe they only have a slow or new Sunday staff. I'm sure to stay at noon during working hours.

I love going here to study and eat. I always get the blt or the bread bowl and they're both really good. The manager is awesome too. A real team player. They are all very polite.
