Lago del Pino - Tyler

Had kept 2/15/20. a bit early, so it went to the bar for a drink, they had to give me instructions on how to make a tom collins. friends arrived and they sat us right away. server was great, the meal wasn't so great, but would be in order if it wasn't just lukewarm. after dinner we went to listen to the band that was entertaining. this is a great place, only need stronger administration to ensure that the small things are prepared before the amount arrives (like propane for the heating.) I would recommend this place only because it is a good place to relax and have a drink. next time we have to drink more.

Absolute chaos, although something expected on Valentine's Day, this was extensive. we sat for about an hour for reservations (for two,) after we had to look for a host, while another twenty or so pairs were bundled together in the entrance area. After we went into our reservation in a round, because there was no organization, we sat on a table. I saw around me, noticed other people sitting about thirty minutes before us, even without water. as a sign that the dinge will not get better, left. will probably go back to check the terrace scene when the dinge warm up and have high hopes.

We waited 2.5 hours to sit after booking. I had to ask the management twice to sit down. we finally sat. the food we ordered was absolutely terrible. we called the management to our table. they totally agreed that we were treated incorrectly after I asked. not sure we're back. they offered 2 food vouchers, but there was simply a bad taste in our mouth, literally. it should be a special night. the dinner at 10:30 in the night was absolutely ridiculous. I was so embarrassed, we had friends from the city.

Valentines dinner! Never been there before, but amazing food and excellent service! Will definitely be back!

Great atmosphere, will come back during the summer when warmer for the patio
