Sundae Cafe At Tybee - Tybee Island

The food at this restaurant is fantastic. The cookies are soft and the hush puppies are large. I'm not a fan of Brussels sprouts, but the bacon Brussels sprouts here are delicious. I decided to try the TYB Hot Chicken with potatoes and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion size and delicious taste. The service was also outstanding; when we inquired about the peach marmalade, we were given two extra jars to take home. This place has some of the best service I've ever encountered. Great atmosphere, definitely smells like seafood as you go. A bit expensive for the options they give you. The waffle in her small plate section, however, was amazing! The glaze up was delicious! Big enough to be a meal and it was under $10!

Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! Great food for your money. Big portions! Take your appetite. I had the Hofburger. My wife had the southern grilled cheese. What a sandwich. You could definitely share it between two people. Service was good. Nice atmosphere. Don't let the outside façade fool you.

This place was amazing. One of the best restaurants in the area has long been. Service was stellar, the food was ridiculously good, and honestly able to make a reservation is a gift if you want to be sure that you can eat without waiting on the island. No single article in the menu felt like a reflection. The oysters Rockefeller are a must try, all seafood were fresh and so tasteful. The best fried shrimps and oysters I might have ever had. Steak was also ridiculously good. Also so cool to see where they get their ingredients from the spot.

This is a small little restaurant make sure and call to make reservations. We came on a Friday night with a party of 7 and the place was packed and gets pretty loud. We had the pimento cheese fritters and fried green tomatoes to start. They were both very good. They do have free Bisquits so be sure to ask for them, they are good and so is the jelly. I had the crusted Tuna and my wife had the special Crispy scored Flounder. Both were very good and cooked well. I recommend this place.
