Mr. Chicken - Twinsburg

Mr Chicken is blessed to have Brenda working in their Twinsburg spot. She seemed like the nicest restaurant worker I?ve ever seen. Plus the chicken and sides are amazing

Went today and I wasn?t expecting my service to be as fast as it was. Brenda made time to speak with me and still moved the line along. She is the reason I?ll be back again and the food was good and hot! It can be hard to find good fist service anymore butBrenda is great at it!

My food was absolutely amazing. I went close to closing time, Brenda took my order. She gave me suggestions on what was better chicken fingers or the sandwich. We went with both. She was so friendly to my kids,that made them smile. Thanks Brenda formaking our visit so awesome and for the amazing food. Definitely will be back to this location soon!

Brenda for the WIN! I?m not sure if I?ve ever met someone display so much enthusiasm with their customer service?particularly so close to closing time! Brenda?s bubbly personality and addictive personality restored my faith in patronizing this location.I?d previously had a forgettable visit, but was this instance more than made up for it!

I like Mr. Chicken for the most part. The chicken is good and tastes fresh. A couple of gripes: The quantity of french fries provided is small! They also do not provide utensils (forks/spoons), Napkins, and ketchup with the order. These should beprovided without the customer having to ask. Edit: upgraded to 4 stars. My last visit to Mr. Chicken was better in terms ofservice. Friendly associate at the windows. The chicken sandwich is lacking a certain something. However, the chicken is stillworth it!
