Cupbop Korean Bbq - Twin Falls

We dined at this restaurant tonight around 6:15pm. This particular location could use some improvement. They were out of cabbage and almost out of the meat we ordered - we only got 4 pieces in our bowl. They didn't offer us another kind of meat. The bottom of our bowl was very soupy, to the point where we couldn't even finish it because it was a bit gross. We have eaten at many Cup Bop locations before, but this was the first time we were disappointed.

I couldn't even dine at this restaurant because they were completely out of beef and chicken. Can you believe it, on a Friday night during dinner service? And to top it off, they didn't even have the decency to notify people via the drive-thru sign; they just ignored customers. It wasn't until we pulled up to the window and knocked on it that someone finally came to speak with us.

The food is really good it has lots of options and the people who work there are really nice and cool.

When this restaurant first opened, it was excellent. However, the quality has significantly declined since then. I ordered a rock bop dish with very little rice and an excessive amount of soy sauce that I did not request.

VERY GOOD. It was our first time going and we were very nervous. The employee stepped up and got very excited to introduce us to the food. We got the run down and even small samples!! All in all they were very welcoming and made the experience 10x better!
