Nice kick back bar and grill, with a great menu. Locals are nice and warm. Can't remember the bartender/ server but she was beyond compare.Food: 5/5

Hi well during the day the bartender Jane is terrific. But in the evening they don't seem to be as nice. And the phone is busy for hours.

Such a gem in the Joshua Tree area! We spied it after getting gas and stopped in for a quick beer and to watch March Madness basketball. They stock a freezer full of pint glasses, so the Blood Orange Citrus by Firestone Walker was ice cold. We grabbed a Chicken Cobb salad to-go, and it probably weighed 3 pounds…..easily fed two of us. It had warm, deliciously seasoned chicken, two eggs, TONS of bacon, cucumbers, and tomatoes. It was fantastic, and the bartender was extremely friendly. We also met the owner who was welcoming and easy to talk to. I highly recommend that you stop in.

If you’re just passing through l, staying in the park, or one of the locals… Cactus needs to drop into your agenda. A fantastic down to earth vibe accompanied by charming and passionate owners. Our experience was one of delicious drinks, local customs, and great music!!
