Five Guys - Twentynine Palms

They are currently closed even though their hours clearly state 8 pm. We ordered online and my husband left to pick up only to find the door locked. They charged our card nearly $50 for two grilled cheese’s, a couple burgers, and fries. Definitely very pricey for what it is. Now we will have to deal with processing a charge back instead of them just turning off their ordering if they aren’t opening. Not to mention the door was just locked there was nothing on the door saying they were closing early. Ridiculous.

Great burgers. The fries with just salt are delish. The staff is super friendly. The only negative I have are the prices. I paid $15 for a double cheeseburger with a smaller than small french fry size order. No drink. The food is good but not that good.

Please keep this place open hardly any restaurants open on base all because of MCCS 29 not taking care of Service members and making more obstacles for companies that want to serve Marines.

Tooo expensive don't go!! $22 for a budget, ff and 2 sodas, food was great, just not worth the price, especially when Carl's Jr's It's just as good if not better and I get feed 3 people at the price of 5guys

Excellent experience wide choice of menu options food was awesome and service was stellar.... highly recommended. thank you, Mcagcc team... we enjoyed the whole experience
