Bidrage med feedbackThis is a more upscale restaurant, a little more expensive. We started with a plate of serrano ham, cheese and pan con tomate, simple, but good. Then I took the Cochinello, who was huge and very tasty, crispy. Very good service. We went on Saturday 8:00 and there weren't many people.
In view of the gastronomic offer of the city, which offers regional dishes in its majority and after several days of eating the region, we wanted various lakes. It's not bad, but you couldn't give it five stars. Would I go back? Yeah.
In Mexico it is not easy to find an excellent Spanish restaurant, but the Asador Castellano really reach it. Service great, taste like my in my Spanish grandmother's kitchen. Really recomandable, not cheap, but worth all Peso, you will spend. Beef carpaccio and Filet Mignon.
We shared the Paella which was delicous. Wine was pricey, so ask about that before plunging in. Very nice atmosphere and a popular spot for local buisness people.
Restaurant con una gran tradición que mantiene y mejora estándares propios, vale la pena y mejor dicho hay que visitarlo cuando estés por Tuxtla, el cochinillo de lo mejor así como las mollejas
