Little Caesars Pizza - Tustin

Ordered a pizza with 3 toppings and extra cheese, the pizza had plenty of pepperoni, but lacking the other 2 toppings. I paid like $2 each for the extra toppings and maybe got a nickels worth of toppings. I paid $16.50 for the pizza, and got a $9 pizza in return! Poor quality shows poor management! Very Disappointed!!

3/12/2024 3 Star order pizza on my app , everything ok until i notice that when they putting my meat its not even close to even , who ever did it maybe his so tired already , will try again next time .

Food is great, there service is underwhelming. The staff doesn't work with any sense of urgency.

Placed mobile order for pick up at 3:45 of course I knew it would be busy but I excepted that my order that I placed at 1 for pick up at 3:45 would be ready at the proper time the only thing I got “we have a lot of orders right now” from staff. They are also telling other customers the same thing and not even answering the phone even though it is ringing off the hook with 2 employees at the front not even doing anything. Never had an issue before at the location.Update: finally after waiting 25 past my pick up time they still said they were working on it I had to leave for work or I was going to be late Ended up getting a refund for the order. Very disappointing.

Ordered one pizza and one order of breadsticks online estimated time that it would be ready was 947 to 952pm. We got to the location at 9:45 and we’re told it was not ready yet, at 9:52pm We were told that our order was never added to the system, so it would be another 20 minutes. Employee was very rude instructed shoulders like he didn’t care and said yeah, it’s gonna be another 20 minutes. Nobody should have to wait an hour and 15 minutes for one pizza, and one order of breadsticks….
