Wendy's - Tuscaloosa

Food was great and prepared quickly. I didn 't give it 5 stars bc I ordered a vanilla Frosty, but received a chocolate one at the window. When I said that I ordered vanilla the worker stated, 'we only have vanilla '. No further explanation. It was for my son, who is allergic to chocolate. Needless to say, I ate it but had to make another stop at Chick-fil-A for vanilla ice cream.

The burgers were not hot and were a little dry... the rolls were definitely not warm or roasted! The fries were hot, maybe check their drinks before they serve them. It was after 11:00.

The employees were torn and torn in front. Chili from Frost. Almost wouldn't give me a refund because I used the app. Most drinks were out. Staff and managers complained about me and asked for a refund open, as I dined inside.

Tonight the card reader was downstairs, they were made of spicy nuggets and their machine that carbonate drinks was downstairs. This situation of Wendy is briefly occupied and could use a better management. The food I received, however, was enjoyable and pleasant.
