Texas Roadhouse - Tuscaloosa

Terrible experience. Rolls were burned, hard and old. I ordered steak, salad and sweet potatoes. After 20 minutes my salad finally came and it was thrown on the table by the waitress when she went on. Salat was old. Lettuce had coloured and salad looked like it had been eaten. I never got my water. Even waitress appeared minutes after I had sent my salad back and asked for another side to complain about how she had an emergency table. Image is how I got the salad

I like her Newyork stripe. They offer a large amount of food with a reasonable price. I also love the pulsating atmosphere!

I had mold in my mash potatoes, they tried to cover it with gravity, I order an additional side of green beans, the cup was not even half full after I paid almost $4 for the extra side and my salmon was not cooked on my request. When I informed the management of my experience that she apologised, and said she would send a Entrée coupon (no receive), she did not refund my money and did not guarantee that this would not happen again in the future. I hate being lied, especially when it comes to my food?????

Really good food. I love the roles! However, we had to wait over thirty minutes just to get a table, even though we were on the waiting list. I also saw that the reception staff told another customer that his name had not been placed in the waiting list system. I wish the waiting time and online reservation? (I don't know that exactly) was easier to handle for the restaurant staff. But everything was really amazing and Alexis(Server) was so polite and made sure we were great!

Main reason for going here today was to use a coupon they sent us. The onion was so big we had to take the rest home with us. Boneless chicken wings were ok, enjoyed ourself and Hope, our server was really nice.
