Newk's Tuscaloosa

Newks is great for a deli setting but timing is paramount. We arrived just a bit early the other day before the rush hour lunch crowd; were served quickly and enjoyed our meals immensely! Great soups sandwiches... my only fuss is they quit serving hot beverages (coffee) in those big urns. Wish they would bring it back.

Great food and fast service. I have had their pizza, sandwiches, soups and salad and have been pleased with them all. Dine in or carry out, it's all the same great food and service.

We love the roast beef sandwich. Salads always have perfect amount of dressing.. the black/ blue is my favorite salad! Tonight we got the strawberry cake and red velvet it was as good as what i make!

It was my first visit, and definitely not my last. From being greeted immediately, to good food, to the friendly customers and support staff. 2 thumbs it, because I only have two.
