Local Roots - Tuscaloosa

Fries were undercooked and extremely soggy. The pita bread for the piadine was also undercooked and doughy. Very poor quality and has happened the last few times we have visited Local Roots. Sandwiches and milkshakes were great, though. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Waited over 20 minutes for my food. Costumers that ordered after me came and went and i still never got my food. Cashier said system was down which didn’t make sense. Food came out as i was asking for my refund. Declined food, got my refund, and left.

Local Roots is so good. Quality food with the added convenience of a drive-thru. Definitely worth a visit.
