Evangeline's - Tuscaloosa

I usually do not review restaurants, but our experience last night was exceptional. Service was great, the menus and meals were huge. I just wish this Longhorn fan could dinate more often here.

CHEF should change the menu more often! I love this place. Need more variety. Beef carpaccio for an app, Entrees are stale, beat Strip steak, BBq swordfish, Oysters on half-shell, Veal oscar, Bison Burger, Garnelen gutington. Just suggestions. Attention. Alex

Evangeline?s is my absolute favorite restaurant in Tuscaloosa! My family and I are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from home. I don?t normally leave reviews, but I feel compelled as the service is unmatched and food is exquisite!

I absolutely cannot eat shrimp and grits... But the way they make them here, I actually crave them. I have yet to find a dish that isn't delicious and freshly made. The toast (perseco) is delicious, but what makes it worthwhile is that we're always treated so well here. Amazing staff, delicious food, and a great atmosphere.

This place is AMAZING!!! The Food and Wine is phenomenal, Best date place and best little jewel in Tuscaloosa.
