Dunkin' - Tuscaloosa

I visit this location often. Today was another bad experience at this location. Whoever they had working the window today didn’t seem to know what they were doing. She kept telling me that I had to order in app… the app wasn’t working properly, so I couldn’t. There were people who ordered before me. Honestly, today I felt discriminated against. Horrible experience from someone who frequents Dunkin!

4 stars because they are so friendly and polite. But get an extra cup of ice for the sweet tea. It’s brewed perfectly but too sweet. The afternoon crew is so much more patient than mornings

I usually have no problems with this dunkin. However, the person yesterday at the register seemed really angry when I said I wanted to pay in cash. Legit slammed the dunkin box down on the counter and when I placed cash there to pay for it, she extended out her hand and made me literally pick it up again and give it to her even though I was clearly struggling with my purse and she could have just grabbed it.

The employee that gave me my order was incredibly rude. every single item in my order turned out either wrong or inedible. the bacon on my wake-up wrap was actually raw. I ordered an unsweet iced tea and received a sweet tea, so i asked if she could give me a new one and was told no you’re wrong it’s unsweet. so thank you for ruining my morning

Dunkin is my fave place for seasonal favorites and for old faves like avocado toast. Great prices bit more importantly friendly service. Love the downtown T-town location... busy but very quick and efficient.
