Antigoni's Pizza - Turner

It's hard to believe that you can find such a fantastic pizza place in a small city, especially in Maine. The quality is on par with the best Greek family restaurants I've visited in Connecticut. The crust is medium thickness and perfectly crispy. The sauce is sweet, with just the right amount of garlic and oregano. The cheese blend includes a touch of white cheddar, which adds a nice flavor and bakes to a beautiful golden brown. For the ultimate taste test, I recommend ordering a cheese pizza along with a specialty pizza. Also, be sure to eat it there! Taking it to go can create an unpleasant effect in the box that ruins the flavor. I just wish Antigoni would open a location an hour north in my city, so I wouldn’t have to wait until I visit Auburn!
