Balkenna Tea Room - Turnberry

We went before into the caffe 1/2 mile away, but over lockdown the service worsened and never restored. at our visit this time we took a chance and placed in Balkenna. we are so glad that we did that, the service was good, the food and the choice of food was good, and very favorable. we've been back and it won't be our last visit.

What a lovely tea room. Really nice man served us nothing was too much trouble .The food was excellent, plenty of choice on the menu. The establishment was very clean and the view of the sea spectacular. Would definitely recommend.

Nice cafe with a good view. Their homemade cheesecake is really nice. Rest seems good as well.

Stopped at this dog friendly cafe (inside out) on the way to Girvan. My husband stated it’s one of the best pies he’s ever eaten (steak haggis)! The sweet chilli wrap was good too

Great food, lovely staff. Extensive vegetarian menu and reasonably priced. Outdoor seating added bonus, and our dog was welcome. We'll be back.
