I have always liked their chili but the last two time, I been so disappointed, I went to the hatch location in modesto and I got 4 chili to go and two of them had plastic gloves in the chili, like common that's nasty

The food was good but customer service was off. When we got into the truck, we noticed that none of the burgers were marked differently. Had to open each one individually to figure out who's was who's. Typical fast food service this day and age

Went through the drive through to get my food and they accidentally forgot to hand me one of my drinks but before I left the parking lot, I saw the manager running towards me with my drink. If that’s not good customer service, then I don’t know what is.

Food was good however our drinks did not get ice because they were out. Also they did not provide any napkins or ketchup and they were out in the dining area.
