Johnnie's Drive In - Tupelo

There’s something humble and deeply rooted in the service, food, and character you get from this restaurant. We live in Tupelo, but we don’t frequent here nearly enough. We received tentative customer service and couldn’t have asked for a nicer outside waitress.We’ll definitely be coming back as soon as possible! For a hamburger steak plate and a ribeye steak sandwich with onion rings was $20 which isn’t that bad!

We were on our Elvis your. We went to his schools, church, and his homes. Of course we had to eat here.

Ms. Romona at the Elvis Birthplace recommended this to us. We happened to luck into sitting in the Elvis booth. Jen and I both had the doughburgers and we also had pimento cheese sandwich, potato salad, pecan pie, and funnel cake fries. The food was PERFECT and amazingly delicious. Would recommend stopping here to cap off a visit to Tupelo, even if you aren't an Elvis fan.
