Alacarte is possible, the very expensive (app 25% more than the open buffet at the hotel) fixed degustation menu (that can be ordered if ordered by all members of the table)l looks decent but is bland overall except maybe for one or two dishes. Not a single unfarmed sea food was to be found on the restaurant and the degustation menu. Tried a good bottle of white Tunisian wine which was the only nice surprise. Very loud and irrelevant music had to ask them to turn down the volume. Service was OK. Smoking is allowed at parts of the restaurant which is just unbelievable as it smells terrible. Not really worth making a visit esp. if you are not staying at the hotel and even if you staying at the hotel as it’s not regular FS quality at all. Big disappointment. Good service and cocktails. But I was very disappointed when I paid the bill that they didn't give me my change automatically they decided to give themselves a tip instead. I insisted on receiving my change. It's a shame as I was considering leaving a tip but because they didn't let me decide by trying to avoid giving me change, I didn't leave a tip in the end. This kind of behaviour is very disingenuous and leaves a bad taste. You should let your guests decided whether to leave a tip and how much. Very poor behaviour and not in keeping with the Four Seasons brand.

Very nice Four Seasons dining experience. While service was not perfect, there were some huge improvements since my visit one year ago. I went with the set menu and the food was one of the best I had during my time in Tunisia.
