Çarşı Cafe - Tunceli

You are never in the East. The atmosphere is very elite and beautiful. It was the most progressive city in our Eastern Black Sea, Eastern Anatolia, and Caucasus trip. The place is cool and comfortable where you can enjoy your alcohol in a nice atmosphere. Inside is warm in the cold of Tunceli, and the prices are reasonable.

The ambiance and music are 5 stars, the homemade desserts are 5 stars, the salads are 5 stars, and the tea is 4.5 stars. I will definitely go back because the service is also 5 stars. Rizgar gets 10 stars.

The cafe is in a great location and has all the things that you expect from a Turkish cafe. The only thing that would be great if they improved was the bathrooms. There was a tiny, dirty one for men in the main cafe building but the one for women was on a lower level outside the main building. I don't know if it was clean but my friends complained about it being far away.
