Got the chicken, chips, gravy thinking grazybis on the side like most places. she poured gravy all over everything. tried to stop them in the process as I don 't eat grazy, my partner does. server said you should have told us not to . ok so being a first time customer it 's my fault? paid for a small chips on the side. they were pretty bad chips. chicken was dry.
Food is always great , fast service . Best chicken in town
The food is good, but many of the fried items aren't made to order. The service is quick, but it's best to request fresh food.
When my father went into the restaurant with his service dog and placed his usual order, everything seemed fine until the employee asked, "Would it hurt you to leave the dog outside? It has a leash; couldn't you tie it up?" My father was taken aback and confused. He asked her if she had seen the dog’s jacket, and she replied that she had not. He explained that the dog was a service animal, yet he did not receive an apology. This situation left my father feeling very upset and scared, and he now feels uncomfortable ordering from there again. It’s hard to imagine someone asking a person in a wheelchair if they could “just stand up and walk,” so why should they ask my father to leave his service dog behind? Unfortunately, I've heard that this employee is known for having a poor attitude and providing bad customer service. If I were the owner of this establishment, I would immediately arrange for sensitivity training for this employee, or else risk losing loyal customers like us.
