Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Tulsa

Healthy, refreshing, filling. It was good. I especially enjoyed the maple glazed sweet potatoes. Not sure what took me so long to try it.

One of my new favorite places to go now. I love the wraps and I love that the place is a smoothie place as well. It's perfect.

Waited in line for 28 minutes just to be told they were out of a product that I wanted. Couldn't you have saved BOTH of us some time and made that notation on your menu...? Js. Will NOT be going back.

Literally the worst location, always dirty, employees have a terrible attitude (guessing it's the customers though). I used to go to this location every other week but after placing an online order and them running out of food, I'm done with location. I had to contest the charge on my credit card after two weeks because they never refunded it, the manager blew it off the next day when i encountered her mopping and ended up splashing my handmade ribbon skirt with mop water.

Smoothies are good but the service at this location is HORRID!!! I ordered 2 smoothies through the app (which I love) pulled into the drive thru and waited for 3 mins with not even a just a min please I pulled around front, went inside, 1 employee was on his phone and barely acknowledged me while another walked up from the back, she also said nothing, sipping on a smoothie. When I said I had a pick up order she only pointed. They said NOTHING to me and the employee on his phone just continued to mess with his phone as I left!!! It's the closest location to me but from now on my business will go elsewhere!!!
