Taco Bell - Tulsa

I like the no contact ordering system. The food was all fresh. This is the freshest food I have ever had from a Taco Bell. They make the food as you order it so none of it is sitting out. It was a great experience. Staff was friendly even with minimal communication.

Let me tell you, these employees out did themselves. I ate lunch at this location around 1p.m. On a Thursday. I went to work and around 5pm I realized I didn’t have my wallet. I looked frantically for it everywhere and had basically gave up on finding it. Fast forward to 10pm. I was on my way home from work when I passed by and something told me to stop by and ask. Well not only did the manager put my wallet in a safe place but everything including money and all were still in it. I tell you that’s a blessing in todays world. These people really looked out for me that day. Thank you Taco Bell employees for everything you do!!!!

This had been a dud location with poor service for years but now has improved to a great extent. The food I received my last trip was absolutely perfect. The employees might have been inebriated but I'll excuse that when they do their job this well.

Went to this location at 730 on a Sunday evening. Seemed to be one person working the drive thru and one cooking. Not optimal, but 100% not the employees fault. We went through the drive thru and part of our order was wrong so my husband tried to go in, door was locked. Went back through the drive thru and it was made right for us. Patience goes a long way, I know that it’s not the fault of the employees that do show up, but the parent company not paying enough, or treating their existing employees well enough to keep a full staff. Kudos to the staff that did show up and were doing their best.
