Mcdonald's - Tulsa

OK, so this is not the first time I had problems with this particular McDonald’s. We ordered our frits without salt and still got salt or fresh fish fillet. There was one under the heat lamp! Not to mention when I called there to complain, I was argued! I don't know if they're just lazy or untrained. Absolutely not a good customer service.

Always great for coffee and bacon, egg and cheese.* You can choose not to use your debit or credit card....it will be safer.

I enjoy a fast meal occasionally, but what I do not appreciate is before I even pay the second window person who looked out and extremely hastened in her body language. (not even busy) Here and Bye. (more than one happens) I totally understand it, but this behavior brings a bad taste into the mouth and makes a person wants to grab it out of the window. But overall it's not always terrible, but here in this store it's probably happened 3 out of 5 times.

Try to order food while waiting and watch staff and management talks and play on their phones, but obviously even the manager was too busy on his phone 3 ft away from me, even taking my order. Just because you check yourself does not mean that you have no job to do, which in this case will take care of your customers with good customer service. I have set 2 stars because the chefs usually prepare the food well.

Do not come to this location, go to a different one. Soda had no flavor and had to ask for a different one and it still tasted bad. Food was packaged with no care at all and the intercom was so quiet I couldn’t even hear it. Too many red flags at once
