Ate at bar Pulpo just before heading to Europe and it was an amazing send off. The staff were so lovely, and the manager Selina was regularly coming around making sure everything was perfect. Beautiful food and beautiful service!!

What a great experience for an airport bar! Sarah and Serena made us so welcome, particularly when out flight got delayed and we came back in right on closing. Absolute champs, next time I'm though Melbourne I'll be back.

Very poor customer service, can't work under pressure. No service with a smile. Rude when you ask them questions.Response to owner: short staff is understandable but that doesnt give the right for staff to be rude?? try to see things from customer service point of view rather than just defending your staff. Your statement,staff was polite was wrong, I found the tone rude and bad attitude. Being the manager shoud set examples. Anyway thats your customer service , wouldnt recommend this pace!
