Red Lobster - Tullahoma

Bobby was a great server, like he was the only person doing something. He helped us understand the cash machine at the table and served exactly what we ordered and we can be picky. Friendly and funny. It just had to wait too long to be able to sit even though there were few customers in the store. Maybe 5 families.

The food was perfect enough, but the service was missing. We waited too long for the number of cartridges in the restaurant and the number of employees running around. The salmon was cooked, but the manager took care of it so that we remained satisfied. My only criticism is that their employees were not on their game at noon until they served customers from sitting within a reasonable time frame. I understand if you support someone else or the dining room is full, but neither was the case for the 4 people who do not walk in their hands, nor offer us drinks or take our order. Get up, boys.

Great experience! Excellent service from the young man who sat me and also the waitress. ordered grilled salmon, potatoes and Coleslaw. Delicious!

Just finished a very good endless salad lobster bisque soup with Cheddar biscuits. And Angel was a great waitress. Lunch was spicy, so get out and support this great Tullahoma restaurant. Great parking, family friendly, Red Lobster has a reward program. Also a bar that supports a large selection of drinks.

This was our first time back to this Red Lobster in a couple of years. We were not disappointed as the visit was excellent. A special was a live Maine lobster. Prices have gone up quite a bit on this dish but I ordered it anyway. It was steamed, not stuffed, and it was not overdone as this type of dish can be. When that occurs, it is tough and rubbery. Fortunately, in this instance, it was moist and tender. Katie, our server, brought all of the utensils necessary to enjoy the meal (including a bib) and I enjoyed every bite. My dining companion ordered flounder with lobster sauce. It was good but too salty. The salt may have been from the seasoning. It was cooked so the fish was tender; the salt flavor was overwhelming. No doubt, some people like a great deal of salt. We do not generally salt our food for health reasons so when there is a lot on a meal, it is evident. The house salad has gotten smaller than it used to be but the French dressing was still very tasty and the lettuce was fresh. The cup of clam chowder that I ordered to accompany the lobster was also excellent. This was the first time I had seen oysters Rockefeller on the menu at a Red Lobster. I wanted to try that dish but had already ordered a full meal so was not able to do so. Our server, Katie, did an excellent job. The orders were placed and delivered correctly and promptly and the food was served hot. She also brought iced tea refills quickly and without being asked which we appreciated.
