Mcdonald's - Tulare

This location used to be good but it has gone down hill. They close for a little while then reopen. They can't ever get orders right they get upset when you ask them to fix their mistakes (manager will straight up roll eyes argue over it but the receipt their labeling doesn't lie) so half the time it's really not worth asking them to fix it or even stopping at this location. How hard is it to make a mcdouble cheese burger with no pickles no onions? Every time I order it this way, they give it to me with extra pickles extra onions no cheese. Their fries are always over salted cold, they always forget the sauce for the chicken nuggets sometimes the nuggets are cold soggy. You would think this location would do better since a lot of travelers, including truck drivers come through here.

Clean. Well lit. Friendly and well-mannered customer service. The playplace is immaculate and the ambience is warm and inviting with just enough child laughter to make you smile.

The restaurant served food poorly and did not focus on the presentation of their dishes.

The absolute worst McDonald’s I have ever been in, they had me wait 40 minutes for my order because they forgot to make it. Now I’m not much of a complainer but after finally getting my order, the sweet tea I ordered was unsweet, and the fries were cold, and the burger was just thrown together. I feel bad for any customer that comes here. What’s worse is that I was late for an appointment because of this place. If I could vote zero stars, I would.

I parked stay the night there at loves . I went in there, got a cuppa coffee and chicken nuggets. They had to make the coffee really great service and I. Went in there the next morning they wasn’t very busy. I asked for a large coffee and a blueberry muffin they didn’t have any blueberry muffins so I just got the coffee waited 30 minutes they never did have the coffee ready so I canceled the order. Because I didn’t know how much longer it was going to take so I gave this place one star even though the night crew did deserves a five star hoping a manager or somebody sees this and fixes the problem. So I walked over to Wendy’s, got a cup of coffee and a number four and the service was fast and quick.
