The staff was friendly and quick as always. Food was good, and drinks were delicious! We did sit in the open seating bar/patio section outside. It was a beautiful night for it and we found a table right away! The problem is the cars driving by playing loud music, or exiting garage with lights in your office. Not awful. just kinda annoying and distracts from the restaurant music and ambiance.

We had such a wonderful experience at Montezuma's, it was my second time there but a first for my out of town friend and she was so impressed with the service and tasty food!

The service was good, the food was good, the music was too loud to just talk. music should disappear into the background so that you don't have to scream at table-accompanied.

I was very dissapointed in the service and experience I had, along with half of my guests this evening. My party of 20 was split into 2 tables; the other table had a great waitress and great service, however, the table I was at had a complete different experience. The waiter asked for our drink order and we did not receive any drinks (or our waters) for over 40 minutes. The only other time we saw our waiter was at the end of dinner, which was 2.5+hrs later. The other table recieved their drinks and food order propmplty. By the time we received our drinks we still waited at least another 10 minutes until someone came by our table to ask if we had put in our food orders, which we hadn't. An hour a half later after we all arrived we finally got our food, just to have 3 people ask to have their food reheated because it was ice cold; one person never even received their order. One of the managers came over to how our service was then had said she would comp 1 of our drinks each on the bills to make up for the bad service. When we received our bills most of us did not have our drinks comped. I am very dissapointed in this experience considering customer service had always been top notch all other times I had gone here.
