Impasto ottimo leggero e ben lavorato, ho trovato lo sfilatino maggiormente condito e gustoso rispetto alla pizza, unica pecca i panzerottini un po' secchi all'interno.
Ero a tuglie di passaggio e ho preso un calzone al volo. Uno dei più buoni che abbia mai mangiato, tornerò per assaggiare la pizza. Complimenti!
