Chin-thai - Tübingen

Every time I used to go here, I'd come back happy. One of the guys there was super friendly, most of the other waiters were also decent people. They would serve me Krabbenchips to go with the food, free of cost, every time. This time though, this restaurant had entirely different staff perhaps the usual people are on vacation. No Krabbenchips for me, the lady asked me if I wanted to pay as soon as she had cleared my plates she clearly didn't want me there. I think she sneaked up on me like 3 times to check if I was done and showed up right after I was done for real. I wasn't even served the little drink you get when you pay the bill at most Chinese restaurants. I was about to tip the woman because I usually tip, but stopped myself. I'm not encouraging this behaviour. Nothing against the restaurant, but next time I'll make sure it's that other guy and not these people from today, before getting in.

The waiters were very friendly, they also give you rice with the food which was very nice. Also the portions are pretty big so it’s nice to share the food. Probably one of the best Chinese restaurants in Tübingen.

We ordered the 3-person menu and were disappointed to find out that all of them tasted rather bland, with little character on each dish despite each having a different meat. The atmosphere of the local is cosy and Chinese-themed with wooden carved walls and the service was quick and friendly.

China as it fits European loves price performance, operation is nice food comes fast and tastes top no buffet with stand-off sloppy: only the serving car is terrible loud ...

Nice restaurant with friendly service. Very recommended.
