Chicken buffalo wrap was pretty good. Fries were fried in old oil so meh. Usually a great staple of Arby’s. Employees were super nice besides the manager. He scolded an employee for giving me a free lemon aid refill. Whether she was suppose to do it or not is irrelevant. Coming from the service industry myself as an employee and supervisor. There is a better way to handle it and not in from of customers. Retrain management or give them a reminder it’s important how they talk to their workers.
