Wendy's - Tucson

Drive thru was packed but moved pretty quick. Service was good and food was good. Just what you expect

I came in from Phoenix on some Uber errands and I was trying to use the online mobile app coupon for the March Madness Dave special.. however the app wasn’t working when submitting the order. I explained to the cashier, then the manager on site. He explained its out of his control which is understandable because of the apps being a third party system to theirs. I told him it was okay so I ordered what I wanted. To my surprise he proceeded to comp my order!? I was thrilled with the customer service here! Definitely one of the warmest Wendy’s I’ve been to in my life! I will always come back here when looking for a quick meal. Technology just can’t beat the human spirit. Good job guys!

Placed a big hamburger order there. Staff was very friendly and timely with my order. Good crew there!

As always Wendy's was a good experience. Frostys were cold service was good and fry's we're hot.

This Wendy's restaurant serves typical fast food fare like hamburgers, chicken, and delicious salads. The zesty southwest chicken is a standout favorite. They also offer excellent strawberry lemonade, frosty ice cream, and frappes. The prices are good and the atmosphere is nice. Overall, I would give it 5 stars, but unfortunately during my visit the manager was busy with their family and there was a child climbing on tables. Additionally, they were unwilling to refill my lemonade that was mostly ice.
