Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Tucson

Today, on 09/10/2022, my family went to this Popeyes for dinner 5:38. Our experience began to wipe off our table itself because all tables were dirty. After waiting for our food for 30 minutes, an employee brought a tray of food. My children began to eat French fries on the tablet, we realized that it wasn't even our order and alerted the employee. They took the tray back to the kitchen and immediately gave it to another customer, although my children already touched the good. We waited another 30 minutes (60 minutes total) for them to make the right order for us. When the employee brought out the food, there were no plates or utensils on the tray. We asked the employees for some, they went and never came back. My father went to the counter to see what was going on. They gave him records, but they said they were made of utensils. Since we were not even able to eat our food, unless we should eat our crushed potatoes and colosses with our fingers, he asked for a refund, and the staff told him that they could not give him a refund until they called their manager for permission. So we had to wait and go until they could reach the manager by phone to give us a refund. I'm so disappointed that they had to deal with this place.

This is a great location. Sometimes the line is so long that you may have to wait, but this is not a reflection on what is going on in the store. It's just the food is so damn good Everyone tries to get a few!! With high demand this store keeps the pace very good and I am impressed several times by the manager how he treats problems in the house

Chicken sandwich was good. A page of the menu does not work, so do not know what they have. They had a lack of sauces so that cocktail sauce is not available, but they did not say anything until the shrimps were finished and I asked for some. The sauce packages they had were a mess. If they had sauces or you would let you know when you ordered it, it would have been better. You should also have a menu available to see what they have.

I ordered to go food from the inside, 11 pieces delicate food, she offered to share spicy and original so I wouldn't wait long, ha still waited 20 minutes. Not really the problem I'm waiting for some fresh chicken problem is the food I waited for 20 minutes to look out and taste as it was from lunch. Crusty cheese on the Mac, not the good crust also, mash was cold and chicken was rubber from the window too long. So I paid $30 for old food. Don't go here to spend 30 dollars at KFC.

This was the order of fries I received. I honestly thought it was an empty bag at first. Also didn?t receive my included biscuits or the ones I paid extra for. Chicken was dry. Terrible experience.
