Bidrage med feedbackI placed my order at 10:30am, expecting fresh food since the restaurant had just opened half an hour earlier. However, most of the items on the menu were missing and the food that was available looked old. When I asked if I could wait for the food I wanted to be cooked, I was told that everything was out, even though there was no sign indicating that. The two female employees at the front seemed to give each other a knowing look as if they were in agreement to lie to me. I decided to leave after one of them corrected me with a fake smile. I didn't see any cooks in the kitchen, and as I left, I noticed an employee smoking out back, making me suspect that they were the missing cook. In comparison to other Panda Express locations, the portions here were smaller. I also observed that they were already starting to pack up an hour before closing and were not willing to cook new food, only offering what was left. I had expected a different experience in the morning, but I was mistaken. This was by far the worst Panda Express location I have ever been to.
Awful experience. I went through the drive-thru to take my food home, and I ordered $25 worth of food. I ordered honey walnut shrimp, but there wasn't a single walnut in it. I specifically asked for hot mustard and soy sauce, but didn't receive it. If the restaurant can't do better, I don't recommend eating there.
Ordered delivery. Portions were really small. 3 pieces of broccoli for greens. Ordered double teriyaki and it doesn't look double. The walnut chicken was really shorted. I don't have issues when picking food up but on delivery they short your portions since you can't see the food until after it's delivered. They shoved napkins in the bag even threw half of napkins inside. Didn't even get the sauces I asked for under special requests. Don't order for delivery!
Never gives enough food for the price. (Not the first time this has happened) Usually rude managers that look like they don't want to be there. They usually don't have a lot of items on their menu.
When a customer orders a bigger plate and you don't have enough of an item to give, you think you may want to get with the customer so they can change to another item. The plate with rice was just a plate and a good amount of rice. The chow mein was the bigger plate and not even close to prior orders.
