I am hoping that someone in management reads my post. I love your restaurant. Have probably eaten in several of your locations 15 total times.Today in Irvington, I almost froze to death again!! I think the thermostat is set at 62Here’s how I was dressed. I ride a motorcycle on short solo trips. I had on full motorcycle gear with 2 shirts, 2 jackets and motorcycle pants and a backpack. You would think, I would remove some of this group! Hell no I ate my pizza and no name cake fully geared up and was still a little cold. There were 2 people in shorts and T-shirts. They never stopped shaking!You guys do a great job on some many thanks. Please adjust your temperature so we don’t get frost bite ?

Never had any trouble at this location. Ordered tonight for curbside delivery, my daughter called that she was there….was told it was gonna be an additional 10 minutes…. 30 minutes later she is still waiting in the car. I called and got the rudest person ever. She asked me what I wanted her to do… ? bring our damn dinner! Will not return.
